Job Description:
A critical component of our B2B revenue growth, BDR (Business Development Representative) is a specialist in developing new cold engagements with KodeKloud’s platform and at the same time closing high-intent inbound leads. A BDR is highly efficient and passionate to jump on calls and engage with leads to understand needs, provide demos, and create knowledge-based trust with prospective clients
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Conducting cold sales outreach activities - calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other prospecting channels
- Following up with prospected leads through the Sales Pipeline for qualification and deal-closing
- Taking high-intent inbound leads through the Sales Pipeline- discovery calls, quotations, deal-closing
- Ensuring deals data accuracy on Sales Pipeline & CRM (Hubspot)
- Lookout for new market opportunities
- Gather feedback from leads on product improvement, courses, and features
Requirement:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar BDR and Account Executive Sales Role
- Proficient with Hubspot CRM, Zoom, Calendly, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator tools
- Fluent and persuasive in written as well as verbal communications (English)
- Comfortable with fast-changing start-up environment and parameters
- Results driven and accountable for work and performance; committed to continuous development and growth
- Self-starter who is passionate about learning and sharing product knowledge
